These Terms govern the purchase of tickets and attendance at events organized by MB “Kinky Pink events” (referred to as “KINKY PINK”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
1. Age Restriction
All KINKY PINK events are strictly for persons aged 18 years or older. By purchasing a ticket you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Valid photo identification may be requested at entry. Entry will be refused without proof of age, and no refund will be issued in such cases.
2. Ticket Purchase & Refund Policy
By purchasing a ticket, you enter into a binding contractual agreement with KINKY PINK and explicitly agree to the following:
All Sales Are Final. All ticket purchases are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable to future events, regardless of the reason for your inability to attend (including, but not limited to, personal illness, travel delays, or changes in personal circumstances).
No Right of Withdrawal. In accordance with Article 6.228-10(2) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and Article 16(l) of EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for services related to leisure activities where the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance. Therefore, no 14-day cooling-off period applies to your ticket purchase.
Event Cancellation. A refund of the ticket face value will be issued only if an event is fully cancelled by KINKY PINK and cannot be rescheduled. Processing fees and secondary costs (travel, accommodation) are non-refundable, and KINKY PINK is not liable for such costs.
Rescheduled Events. If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket automatically remains valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the new date, you may request a refund of the ticket face value within 14 days of the announcement of the new date. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
3. Right of Admission & Conduct
KINKY PINK reserves the right to refuse entry to, or remove from the venue, any person who violates the event rules, the stated dress code, or the principles of consent and mutual respect, or who is visibly intoxicated or under the influence of illegal substances. No refund is issued in such cases.
4. Photography and Recording
Unauthorized photography and video recording by attendees is prohibited at our events. Where official photography or filming takes place, this will be clearly announced in advance and designated no-photo zones will be maintained. If you appear in official event material and do not wish this content to be published, contact us at we@kinky.pink and it will be removed.
5. Liability
KINKY PINK is not liable for personal belongings lost or damaged at the venue, or for injury resulting from an attendee’s own conduct or failure to follow event rules and safety instructions. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Lithuanian law.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes shall be resolved by negotiation in the first instance; failing that, in the competent courts of the Republic of Lithuania. Consumers may also apply to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (vartotojoteisės.lt).

MB “Kinky Pink events” values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Policy explains how your data is collected, used, and protected when you use our website or purchase tickets to our events.

2. What Data We Collect
- Identity Data: Name and surname.
- Contact Data: Email address, and phone number where provided.
- Financial Data: Billing details where applicable. Payment card details are never stored by us — they are processed directly and securely by our payment provider.
- Transaction Data: Order reference, ticket type, and event entry information.
- Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, and website usage data collected via cookies and similar technologies (see Section 8).
3. Sensitive Data
Our events relate to adult lifestyle, kink, and alternative culture. We recognize that the fact of your attendance may, in certain contexts, be considered data revealing information about your private life within the meaning of Article 9 of the GDPR.
For this reason we process ticket-holder data on the basis of your explicit consent, given at the point of purchase, in addition to the performance of our contract with you. We apply strict access controls, we never publish attendee lists, and we never disclose attendance to any third party outside the purposes described in this Policy.

You may withdraw any consent at any time — via the “unsubscribe” link in our emails, via the cookie settings link in our website footer, or by writing to we@kinky.pink. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the following categories of recipients:
- Payment provider: for secure processing of your payment.
- Ticketing and website hosting providers: service providers necessary to operate our website and issue tickets.
- Email marketing provider: where you have subscribed to our newsletter.
- Analytics and advertising providers (only with your cookie consent): Google (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager) and Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Meta Pixel). Where you consent to marketing cookies, these providers receive technical and behavioral data about your visit and may process it for their own purposes, including on servers located outside the EU/EEA. If you do not consent, these tools are not activated and no data is transmitted to them.
- Public authorities: only where strictly required by Lithuanian or EU law.
All processors act under written data processing agreements and are bound by GDPR requirements.
6. Data Retention
- Ticket and event data: retained for the duration of the event cycle and deleted within 30 days after the event, except where retention is required for accounting or legal purposes.
- Accounting and legal records: retained for the period required by Lithuanian law (typically 10 years).
- Newsletter data: retained until you withdraw your consent.
- Cookie data: retained for the periods stated in our cookie settings panel; consent itself is stored for a maximum of 12 months, after which you will be asked again.
7. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit, restricted access on a need-to-know basis, and secured storage, to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
8. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our website uses cookies. A cookie is a small text file stored on your device when you visit a website.
We use the following categories:
- Necessary cookies — required for the website and ticket purchase process to function. These are always active and do not require consent.
- Statistics cookies — help us understand how visitors use our website (Google Analytics). Set only with your consent.
- Marketing cookies — used to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to show relevant ads (Meta Pixel, Google). Set only with your consent.
No statistics or marketing cookies are placed before you give consent. When you first visit our website, a consent banner allows you to accept all, reject all, or select individual categories. Under the GDPR you have the right to:

10. International Transfers
Some of our providers (including Google and Meta) may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where this occurs, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The current version is always available on our website, with the date of last update shown above.
