Ticket Purchase & Refund Policy
Last Updated: July 2026
By purchasing a ticket to any event organized by MB “Kinky Pink events” (referred to as “KINKY PINK”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you explicitly agree to the following legally binding terms regarding cancellations and refunds:
- All Sales Are Final: All ticket purchases are strictly non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable to future events, regardless of the reason for your inability to attend (including, but not limited to, personal illness, travel delays, or changes in personal circumstances).
- No Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with Article 6.228-10 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for leisure services or events provided on a specific date.
- Event Cancellation: Refunds will strictly and solely be issued if an event is fully cancelled by KINKY PINK and cannot be rescheduled. In the event of a total cancellation, ticket holders will be refunded the face value of the ticket. Processing fees or secondary travel/accommodation costs are non-refundable.
- Rescheduled Events: If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket will automatically remain valid for the new date. Refunds will not be issued for rescheduled events unless you can prove severe, objective inability to attend the new date, subject to our sole discretion.
